Bodybuilding is very popular these days and anyone at any age can get into bodybuilding, because if you think about it, whether you’re going to the gym or not, you’re always either building muscle or tearing it down, so the most important question you should ask yourself is, what exactly is Healthy Bodybuilding Food?
Because let’s face it, if you’re bodybuilding and not eating and drinking healthy every day, then you’re definitely not building healthy muscle, you’re building unhealthy muscle.
What happens when you build unhealthy muscle?
It puts a lot more strain on your heart and lungs for one thing, since your heart and lungs are the organs that push blood, oxygen, hormones and nutrients to your whole body, so you definitely should not do anything to disrupt this vitally important function by putting your heart and lungs under any unnecessary strain.
Also, building unhealthy muscle can lead to serious health problems sooner than later, because building unhealthy muscle will exacerbate any health issues you might have had already, but didn’t realize it. And of course let’s not forget to mention unhealthy muscle will most often immediately start turning to fat once you stop lifting heavy weights, too! This is what many professional bodybuilders experience after their prime.
How does one build unhealthy muscle?
It is very easy unfortunately and you can see it everywhere at the gym, so many drinking their artificially sweetened sports drinks, extremely processed protein drinks, eating an extremely processed protein bar that’s also full of preservatives, additives and probably a bunch of fillers, because you gotta feel full, right?
And then you have those who think they can run a few miles to burn off the pizza they ate earlier that day, but on their way home grab some fast food. This is unfortunately how most people think these days, which is why I have always said the whole counting calories and burning calories thing has contributed greatly to obesity and all the heart disease here and now also unhealthy bodybuilding. Calories are only as healthy and as unhealthy as the food you are eating, so it does not matter how many there are.
I mean, would it matter if you are eating something that has only 1 calorie or only 1 carb in pesticide-raised GMOs, but to remove so many calories or carbs from that food, Big Food had to kill all the nutrition along with it, too? Then you’re eating only 1 calorie or only 1 carb in fake, nutritionless food that is also contaminated, which will cause you to experience malnutrition and probably cancer as time goes on.
If you want to avoid calories, carbs or whatever else you feel you must count, then eat food that doesn’t have to be extracted with harsh chemicals or cooked to death just to kill the calories and all the nutrition along with it, instead find food that already naturally has these as low amounts.
So, what is the Healthy Bodybuilding Food?
I will tell you…ready? It’s food that of course is high protein, high fiber, low carb, low calories and especially is 100% Organic and Raw! If you cook, process, contaminate or manipulate the food in any way, then you risk building unhealthy muscle, which leads to all sorts of health issues –no wonder most bodybuilders do not live very long. And where exactly can you find this Healthy Bodybuilding Food?
Directly from MealBetix.com.
Now, you might wonder if you can build big muscle just from MealBetix, and the answer is that depends on what “big muscle” means to you. For some it could mean gaining 100 lbs or more of muscle or gaining 25 lbs of muscle.
In the case of wanting to gain 100 lbs of muscle, this will depend on how serious you are, because if you’re lifting medium to light weights and doing cardio, then you will not gain 100 lbs of muscle, but if you are lifting heavy weights for 8 hours every day and literally almost lived on MealBetix, it is possible to build even 100 lbs of muscle, and it would be very healthy muscle.
I have seen a few already attempt to gain weight by building bigger muscles and what happens is they might gain 25-50 lbs of muscle, and the scale literally shows they are heavier, but on the outside, look like they gained maybe 10-15 lbs.
Why does this happen?
Because there are two ways to gain weight, bigger but softer muscle or heavier but denser muscle. I remember some years ago I was leg pressing about 500 lbs and did 20 reps easily, then an actual bodybuilder asked me how I was able to do that and I answered confidently, “There are two ways to grow stronger, either bigger muscles or denser muscles…I’m the latter.” He laughed and walked away.
He was probably thinking “if you don’t look strong than what’s the point.” I mean, just because you don’t look like Hercules or the Hulk, does not mean you’re not strong, yet these unrealistic characters from cartoons and movies seem to be what most everyone compares themselves to, which is not only a bit childish, but actually dangerous –no wonder so many suffer from Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD).
So, if you need to gain weight or need to become stronger, The MealBetix Lifestyle is the healthiest way to achieve that for you, while especially improving your health daily.
