Who Am I And Why Did I Create The MealBetix Lifestyle?
I am Dr Darren Wayne, aka The Food Guru, and I have been a Food Scientist for 30 years and a Holistic Health Pioneer for even longer. Growing up I saw food both heal people and hurt people, so I made it my life’s mission to bring you only the food that heals you.
