Then as they grow older and eat artificial food and drink artificial drinks, their health worsens, until they become adults and start their own family and the same toxic artificial chemical life cycle continues. Eat For Weight Loss

We all want to eat for weight loss, but what happens when what you eat for weight loss, isn’t actually healthy at all? This is a serious concern for so many people, both young and old, and for good reason. There are lots of diets out there that promise weight loss, but at what cost to your health? The top weight loss programs out there right now provide their own ‘meals’ that guarantee weight loss, but how can anyone lose weight eating all those highly processed, contaminated ‘meals’? It’s easy to lose weight when you are loading your body up on nothing but empty calories that have absolutely no real nutrition, because then you starve yourself while feeling full  –that’s how they trick you! In other words, when you eat anything that has been contaminated and then processed until there is no nutrition left, if there ever was any nutrition, what you’re eating is basically the nutritional content of plastic food.  This is the modern day weight loss scam no one wants to talk about. You see, all they do is make sure each ‘meal’ costs them as little as possible, just like prison food, but they can’t make it look like prison food or taste like prison food, so they of course make sure it looks delicious and tastes delicious using the same trickery all the fast food chains use to make their fake food look appetizing –by adding lots of artificial sweeteners, artificial colors and of course artificial flavors. But it’s all smoke and mirrors, designed to get you to keep paying them for their delicious plastic food. Diets for fast weight loss just starve your muscle and healthy fat away, so you look lighter on the scale, but then you rebound or stay starved every day, which is a dangerous place to be. What the masses do not understand about fat is that there are two types of fat: unhealthy fat and healthy fat. And when you eat fake food every day, even though you might feel full, you are actually starving your muscle and also starving your healthy fat, so what’s left after you lose weight is the unhealthy fat you actually wanted to lose the whole time, which is why so many also experience sagging skin. This is also the reason why most people experience rebound. Rebound is your body trying hard to increase it’s healthy fat reserves that you just starved away. And it’s this healthy fat that keeps your organs protected and your energy reserves healthy. The difference between healthy fat and unhealthy fat is not known by many people and especially not known by the masses, so they continue to eat for weight loss, instead of eating for health, and so they hope for the chance to lose weight and turn their life around, but just the exact opposite happens. Now, I am not saying don’t bother trying to lose weight, because obviously no one should be overweight, but what I am trying to explain to you is that losing weight healthfully should be the only way you lose weight, as opposed to losing weight by any means.
