Almost everyone on earth can find bread, whether you buy bread from your local store or you bake your own bread, everyone wants to know Which Bread Is Healthier.
You will finally know what makes bread healthy and what makes bread unhealthy, so you can make a very educated decision.
Bread has been a staple in most cultures since culture began, but the bread these days is not the same bread of long ago.
And every country has their own way of baking bread and they use mostly their own ingredients, which vary is color, taste and density.
There are literally thousands of different variants that makes bread different to each region.
In other words, bread is most likely older than any identifiable culture we have today, so bread baking techniques and styles can be passed down through the generations.
But what about modern breads?
The breads we see sold in stores today contain less than 1% of the nutrition that bread 100 years ago had, and no the artificial nutrition that’s added does not count, since I will be focusing on real nutrition, not fake or artificial nutrition.
As Big food produced breads faster and in much greater quantities, the health of the masses deteriorated just as fast, too, which created lots of controversy.
And anything that creates controversy needs a swift flow of bread propaganda, which is what Big Food still uses today. You have heard of “whole wheat” and “whole grain”, right? Bread makers love slapping the public with these supposed ‘wholesome’ phrases, because then they can sell more toxic bread. But think about it, how can something be called “whole” if not a single ingredient is actually a whole food?
Plus, if you find any non-food ingredients, like potassium bromate, which is a terrible carcinogen added to flour and dough to make it stronger and more elastic, there’s no way you can call the bread “whole wheat” or “whole grain”, because once you add any ingredient to flour that is unhealthy, it immediately destroys any value in that flour, if any value was there to begin with of course.
And let’s not forget about the fact that the wheat and all other grains here are grown with pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and of course GMOs, too!
This again makes the mention of “whole wheat” or “whole grain” a complete fallacy.
Here is your typical ingredient label for a popular bread the masses buy often. And they buy it without ever reading and understanding what these ingredients are, simply because it’s cheap and it tastes good.
But they make it cheap, because they are investing in your chronic illness later, when you have to drain your life-savings to pay for all the drugs and surgeries you’ll need.
And you know what’s worse than paying just a little to eventually get sick later? Paying even more now to eventually get sick!
Because prices for everything are rising almost daily, especially for toxic bread products.
So, are you ready to know which bread is healthy?
First, it’s none of the breads sold at stores anywhere, because they are all mass produced to remain on the store shelf for months, even years if needed.
Second, some of the most toxic ingredients are found in breads.
Third, even if every ingredient in the bread is actual food and is even labeled as “organic”, every ingredient is still very refined, which means very processed, again, to prolong shelf-life, so these breads could be called “healthier”, but which bread is actually healthy?
Bread that has absolutely no grains, has no preservatives, has no additives, has no dairy, has no soy, has no sugar, has no yeast, has no natural flavors, has no non-food ingredients and of course has no artificial nutrition whatsoever.
What bread is this?
This is bread you bake at home using only 100% Clean and raw nuts (my favorite organic nuts are cashews or walnuts), organic eggs and just a little water.
What you do is grind the raw nuts as fine as you can (a blender should work), then mix in at least 6 organic eggs and add a few tablespoons of water, then scoop out into your bread shape and let it sit there for several hours while it naturally rises a bit (yeast speeds this up of course, but yeast is not healthy).
After several hours put in the oven and bake at 350 degrees until at least it is mostly dry. It should come out denser than regular bread out there, but far more nutrition will be intact.
You can make your own jam, too!
I like organic strawberries or organic blueberries; just mash, add a few heaping tablespoons of organic raw honey and mix in a pan on a low flame until the fruit naturally coagulates (without needing the toxic pectin), and then let it cool for about an hour and spread it on your nut bread.
Technically, this recipe could work for any healthy cake you want to bake, too. Personally, I prefer jam as a topping, instead of all the unhealthy frosting out there that just wreak havoc on your gut.
These recipes are healthy enough for any low carb diet and healthy enough for anyone with diabetes.
