How do you become a High Raw Vegan? Simply eat mostly raw every day.
Now, it can be dangerous eating mostly raw every day when you buy produce from the supermarket, because all the fruits and vegetables sold now are contaminated with pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, GMOs and then radiated to extend the shelf-life.
Should you be eating any of this raw, especially daily? Absolutely not, unless you want to develop cancer, heart disease or kidney disease, all of which are symptoms that develop after a lifetime of consuming raw poison –yes, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, GMOs and radiation, are all poison.
So when you consume poison every day, it accumulates inside of you, until you have been thoroughly poisoned, which is why you will then develop chronic illness.
Now, if you buy only organic produce from the supermarket, there’s less contamination sure, but organic does not mean 100% pesticide-free and not even 100% GMO-free, and that’s besides the fact that only buying organic produce from the supermarket will often cost you double compared to the conventional produce.
Why Is High Raw Vegan Best?
Because that’s what your gut runs on! Your gut has a very hard time digesting and assimilating anything that has been depleted.
What do I mean by depleted? I mean any food that has been processed, cooked, refined, radiated, pasteurized, homogenized or any process that decreases the nutrients in that food.
Because once you process food, immediately the most important nutrients are destroyed. Even if the food was only cooked, and let’s say cooked for only 10 minutes, that’s enough time to destroy most of the nutrients.
Why? Because nutrition is extremely sensitive to heat, especially the enzymes, because enzymes are necessary to absorb all the other nutrients in the food, but require a cool temperature just to remain viable.
So the simple act of cooking food too long can render that food completely nutritionless or what I coined many years ago, “dead food”.
And do you know happens when you eat dead food every day all your life? You will develop chronic malnutrition!
And do you know what the main symptoms of chronic malnutrition is? Cancer, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, even brain tumors, and the list goes on.
You definitely won’t learn this in any school out there, that’s for sure.
Out there they teach you only allopathic theories and allopathic causes, for example, disease is hereditary or environmental and therefore requires drugs or surgery to ‘treat’ the symptoms, and then there is the homeopathic perspective that doesn’t treat anything at all, only strengthens the whole body, especially your immune system to fight off any disease naturally.
And the only reason why allopathic education has infiltrated the entire education system is because the medical industry has so much more power and influence, since it creates the most money, the most jobs and especially is a hotbed for corruption throughout.
But back to being a High Raw Vegan.
If only more people could know exactly what to eat daily that will heal their gut and restore their robust health, which is what a High Raw Vegan Meal Plan could do.
