Ask most anyone alive today what causes cancer or heart disease, and you will most likely hear the same answer, “it’s hereditary.” But more people are still asking, “Is Disease Hereditary?”
If that were really true, why bother eating and drinking healthy every day? Doesn’t the cause being hereditary mean there’s nothing you can do to prevent it?
Because if you could prevent it, then it wouldn’t be hereditary, but rather preventable.
You can’t have it both ways, either it’s hereditary and therefore unpreventable OR it’s not hereditary and therefore is very much preventable.
So, which is it?
If you do believe cancer, heart disease, arthritis, lupus, diabetes and any other man-made illness is in fact preventable, then none of it is hereditary.
So then what is the real cause of disease?

So, Is Disease Hereditary? Of course not! The only thing you can pass on to your children are the same unhealthy eating habits.
Ever wonder why a full-grown adult still snacks on the exact same junk snacks and eats the exact same junk food when they were a child?
Because either they rebelled against their parents and chose to eat whatever they wanted as a child and just continued on up through adulthood, or they never learned how to eat healthy at all from an adult growing up and so they actually don’t know any better.
In either case, as an adult, what you decide to eat, drink, swallow and inject, is absolutely all your responsibility.
I’ve seen plenty of children raised in a vegetarian household that was full or organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, wild-caught fish, organic herbal teas and absolutely no junk food or junk drinks around at all, yet the child still snuck away to buy candy and ice cream from the gas station every weekend and then developed diabetes, and no one knew why!
The choice we make as a child really does affect us as an adult.
Because of the bad decisions as a child, as an adult, they constantly crave the same childish junk food and junk snacks they had when they were a child.
But I get it –who doesn’t want to eat and drink sugary junk all day long?
I mean it tastes good and feels good going down, but unfortunately it makes you very sick, too!
Personally, I’d rather eat 100% Clean every day and maybe every once in a while eat a sugary snack, so at least I can live long enough to enjoy my grandchildren.
You know what makes living a long time feel terrible? Living a long time while you’re chronically ill!
That’s why now is the time to start replacing a couple meals each day with something that’s incredibly healthy and of course truly 100% Clean!
Because unless you’re eating clean every day, you definitely cannot claim to be eating healthy every day. But don’t take my word for it, just ask your own common sense.
If you eat lots of fruits, vegetables, hormone-free meat, fish and let’s say you drink herbal tea often, of course this sounds healthy to the common person out there.
But if they are contaminated with pesticides, herbicides fungicides, toxic fertilizers and GMOs, then all of it is instead, toxic, and therefore not healthy at all!
That’s why it doesn’t matter what diet you choose, because if what that diet tells you to eat and drink every day is not absolutely 100% Clean, then why bother continuing that diet?
One particular diet I noticed tells everyone to only eat keto-friendly meals and snacks every day, but I have thoroughly researched lots of keto meals and snacks out there, even the “organic keto” meals and snacks, and they’re all extremely processed, and that’s besides still being contaminated with pesticides, herbicides fungicides, toxic fertilizers and GMOs.
When you process any food or drink, afterward it will not contain any of the live enzymes and nutrients you need to grow healthier and stronger.
Therefore, you must eat 100% Clean and that 100% Clean meal cannot be processed, either.
