Most everyone prefers Natural Health over taking drugs, yet almost no one ever experiences real health, especially once you become chronically ill.
The Natural Health industry includes everything from fitness and supplements to acupuncture and massage, which all together create billions of dollars in annual revenue and of course millions of jobs, too.
I pride myself on knowing what is real Natural Health and what is fake Natural Health, especially these days where very few understand what they are reading on the label, if they bother to read the ingredients at all of course.
A prime example of misunderstanding ingredients is the natural flavors and citric acid, both of which are extremely common found in most all packaged foods, snacks and all sorts of drinks.
People read the word natural and it triggers the feeling of health and safety or the word citric acid and it sounds like it’s fruit.
Well, both of these ingredients cause cancer, heart disease and even brain tumours, but no one will ever tell you that, because Big Food wants you to keep buying their contaminated junk.
I knew from a young age how tricky labels are and how they can doop even a savvy label reader into believing health lies.
I remember when Cheerios started claiming their cereal is heart healthy…I laughed when I first heard them claim that, but later I realized how they got a way with that claim –they lobbied until they found a few sellout Scientists to agree with them! These days that’s not too hard.
All you need is money, a little patience, and you, too will find a few sellout Scientists to support any claim you make about anything.
This is really what convinces billions to follow the sick masses, eating what the sick masses eat, drinking what the sick masses drink and of course doing the same treatments the sick masses do, but nothing good has ever come from following the masses, because the masses are sick, tired, always struggling with money and for the most part frustrated with their progress in life.
How do you break away from the masses and actually embrace real Natural Health? It comes down to flexibility.
Are you willing to open your mind and unlearn some health lies that have kept you sick? If yes, then you are on your way to achieving more health than most anyone.
Alvin Toffler said it best of course.
It doesn’t seem like a big deal to unlearn something and then relearn it, but you would be surprised just how incredibly difficult this is for most people, especially when cognitive dissonance shows its ugly head, then you can definitely say goodbye to unlearning and relearning anything truly beneficial.
Most people are set in their ways and have lost the ability to change their minds or even just compromise, especially those in authority, which often proves to be disastrous, yet nothing changes for the better and just continues to go from bad to worse.
So, what does all of this psychology have to do with Natural Health? It has everything to do with it, because it is the cause of the widespread Natural Health misinformation we all have already seen and grew up with.
We cannot trust Politicians, we cannot trust Law-Makers, we cannot trust Lawyers, we cannot trust Big Pharma, definitely cannot trust Big Food, we cannot trust Medical Doctors, we cannot trust Teachers and we now see that Scientists can be bought, too!
So, what can you do? You can teach yourself the truth by opening your mind to new perspectives and of course real logic.
Here is a basic truth about Natural Health
Just because you choose not to take drugs, does not mean the alternative treatment is much healthier. For example, no matter how often you exercise, no matter how much sleep you get and no matter how little stress you have in your life, if you are still eating pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, GMOs, refined sugar, refined flour and swallowing pills of any kind every day, then that is not Natural Health at all and are instead damaging your health.

“Exercise is only as healthy as you eat.” Do you know who said this? ME! If you believe this to be true, then you can add this health truth to your list of health truths.
I said this years ago, because there are millions of people here who will swing by their favorite fast-food place either on their way to the gym or on their way home from the gym –dangerous!
This is how you have a stroke or a heart attack while on a treadmill, so if you are one of those people, I strongly suggest you stop doing that immediately.
