Some are asking what is a holistic lifestyle, what is holistic life, what is holistic living or what does holistic living mean? And for good reason –diets fail so many people all the time.
Yet there are still millions of people here and billions more all over the world, who are dieting, because well, that’s just what you are supposed to do when you want to lose weight, get fit or want to feel better.
But if dieting is supposed to help you achieve your health goals, why do they fail so often for so many?
Now, there are many who blame the diet and there are many who blame the Dieter, but at the end of the day, when dieting has a success rate of less than 3%, you have to wonder if there is something fundamentally wrong with dieting.
And even though the success rate is so low, most everyone still tries the next diet and the next diet, which is where yo-yo dieting comes from.
Because dieting propaganda is very prevalent in our society, not to mention the diet industry and all the other industries that have been created from it, are constantly feeding the masses their dieting propaganda.
But what about those who diet not for weight-loss, but to achieve a health goal, for example, to lower their high blood pressure or to decrease their inflammation?
Unfortunately, because inflammatory foods are everywhere out there, any attempt at an anti-inflammatory diet proves futile most of the time, unless you are of course eating what most people do not eat every day.
Have you ever wondered why diets don’t work?
It actually has nothing to do with the diet and it has nothing to do with you and it’s such a fundamental reason that most everyone misses it –it’s the food and drinks you buy; they’re all too contaminated and processed to ever help you reach your health goals.
You could become a raw vegan, which in my opinion is the healthiest lifestyle anyone could ever have, but if you’re eating or drinking anything that has ever been contaminated, you’re literally consuming raw pesticides, raw herbicides, raw fungicides, raw toxic fertilizers and of course raw GMOs.
Can you imagine how much havoc all this contamination can do to a raw vegan who isn’t absolutely certain how clean their raw food is? If you’re not an extremely careful raw vegan, you could shorten your life considerably.
This is how it is out there and there is no escaping it when you don’t know a truly 100% Clean source of plants to eat every day, because everything sold at supermarkets, health food stores and Farmers Markets, have either been contaminated, very processed or both, and yes, even the organic produce!
And if the utter contaminating of our soil and subsequently our entire food supply wasn’t bad enough, various agencies created all sorts of seals and certifications that they then stick on all the contaminated food and drink labels to confuse you and convince you that their junk food is healthy, when it’s all thoroughly processed and very contaminated, and they know it is.
So how can you know the food you eat every day is truly 100% Clean and free from every man-made chemical? Must take soil samples of course, which is what I had to do, thousands of samples in fact, until I found the last little bit of soil left here that is shockingly still clean and pure! Not much left at all in fact.
And this is what makes this Holistic Lifestyle the healthiest lifestyle on earth! When you are eating 100% Clean every day, it doesn’t matter which diet you choose, because everything you eat every day is 100% Clean, therefore any diet you choose will be a success!
How clean you eat every day is far more important than what diet you choose.
And when you eat truly 100% Clean every day, no longer will you have to bother counting calories, counting carbs, counting fat or counting anything, because it’s all truly 100% Clean and therefore all the calories, all the carbs and all the fat are truly healthy calories, truly healthy carbs and truly healthy fat.
