What Are The Most Common Ingredients On Labels? Millions have no idea what they are reading on most labels and most only look at the front of the label. 

There are thousands of non-food ingredients found in ‘food’ product labels lining the shelves of every supermarket, health food store and convenience store all over the world, especially here. But there are some non-food ingredients that are so common on labels, that it is rare to find ‘food’ products without these ingredients. Here are some of them.

(artificial) citric acid: a very common preservative, tart flavor enhancer and a disinfectant. It is very carcinogenic and of course toxic when eaten too much, which everyone does, since it accumulates in your cells over time. 

natural flavors: a very common preservative and flavor enhancer like MSG and just as bad, which means you can expect damage to your insulin production and is linked to heart disease.

sodium benzoate: a very common preservative and also inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold and yeast, which can seriously extend a product’s shelf-life, even past its expiration date. And of course it damages your immune system, causes skin rashes and severe allergies at the same time.

canola oil: high in omega-3 fatty acids when raw, which is why thousands of products contain this, because they can put ‘high in omega-3’ on the label, but unfortunately, canola oil, just like every other oil on a shelf, must be cooked at high temperatures to prevent spoiling, but the cooking turns the oil carcinogenic and therefore also injures your heart. The organic unrefined coconut oil seems to be the healthiest oil you can cook with since it has a much higher heat threshold.

Why is having a higher heat threshold better? Because once an oil reaches its heat threshold, it turns carcinogenic. This is why cooking with butter is the absolute worst.

salt: you might think this is a harmless ingredient, because it’s salt, but this is actually artificial sodium, aka table salt, and is the kind that damages your heart, kidneys and liver over time. Sea Salt would of course be the real salt and the much healthier salt to look for on labels.

What Are The Most Common Ingredients On Labels

Now I can continue this list easily, just from off the top of my head, but I think you get the idea.

It’s bad enough every ingredient that sounds like a ‘food’ is either a GMO or raised with pesticides, but then to still add a bunch of absurdly toxic chemical preservatives and flavor enhancers, is just diabolical.

This has been a problem here since the 20th century and the 21st century is so much worse.

So many terrible ingredients in all the ‘food’ and ‘drinks’ sold at stores that it makes you wonder how in God’s name are they able to get away with this?

And the answer is simple –Big Food and Big Pharma both work tirelessly together to stock store shelves with the most unhealthy products they can get away with!

I mean, the ingredients I listed above can cause all the chronic illness we see today, all on their own, so imagine what a thousand more toxic ingredients can cause.

Do you still want to blame your genes? Because your genes should be the least of your concerns after seeing these highly toxic and dangerous ingredients in everything you eat and drink out there.

It is so bad out there that 4 out of 5 people here live with either severe allergies, chronic pain or chronic illness –many even live with all of these!

I hope it’s clear to you that you should be avoiding these products as much as you can and then start cleaning out the decades of this toxic buildup in your cells by eating the last real food on earth.

And this is all you need to do to change your health completely. Now you know why diets do not work, because toxic ingredients can’t ever benefit you, only make you worse.

Just stop wasting your time and your money on any hype or fads anymore and instead start eating the last real food on earth.
