Food Poisoning is the worst now than it’s ever been and there doesn’t seem to be anything stopping it out there, but you can Prevent Food Poisoning yourself by greatly minimizing your chances.
The simplest answer would be to of course avoid eating or drinking anything that can potentially poison you –a no-brainer, right?
I wish it was that simple though, because then it would be obvious for everyone, but unfortunately it is not obvious at all, it fact, food that will poison you the most, hides behind words like “all natural”, “low sodium”, “fat-free” and even “GMO-Free“.
But unfortunately, these words and many more like it, are used on labels for some of the most toxic, contaminated ‘foods’ and ‘drinks’ out there.
This is the world we live in after all, a world where quality and integrity are oppressed, even punished, and propaganda is used to cover up their greed.
Is it really surprising that food poisoning is on the rise when propaganda and greed are in charge of the entire food supply chain?
Big Food wants their profits from the compliant masses as quickly as possible to increase and propaganda hides that fact, so of course one of the side-effects of that is food poisoning.
But we both know food poisoning is just the beginning, because chronic illness is on the rise, too –and no, it’s not just a coincidence.
Everything is connected you see.
It starts with the Farmers, who must sell as much as they can, so they spray their crops as much as they can to kill as many insects as possible, so their crops survive, but this completely contaminates everything.
Then Big Food receives the contaminated ‘food’ and starts processing it into whatever they think consumers will buy, but they have to make sure it will never spoil or at least not spoil too soon, so they add their slew of preservatives, additives, artificial sweeteners and anything else they need to add to make sure it looks good and tastes good for as long as possible, even after most of it already spoiled.
What this means is everything sold at the supermarkets, health food stores and especially restaurants, can all cause food poisoning, but usually you only feel it when your gut actually notices it, which is more often these days.
Now, either our guts are more sensitive than ever before, the ‘food’ is more contaminated than ever before, or both!
Again, this is no coincidence. Everything points to what people eat, drink and swallow every day, not to their genes like propaganda wants us to believe instead.
Distraction, misdirection and confusion are powerful tools they use to control the masses, and it works! The masses now believe everything anyone in authority tells them, especially when it comes to their own health.
So, the first step to prevent food poisoning is to stand up for yourself and say NO.
