I ordered 4 cases for myself and 4 cases for my wife, which lasted us each 1 year and this month marks our first year since we started The MealBetix Lifestyle, so I had to give you a review. When we first started we both thought it tasted good and as time went on, we both noticed a lot of changes in our health, changes we never thought would ever improve. For example, my wife’s skin allergies went away and my joint pain was gone after a couple months, then we started to notice the headaches eventually went away and the wife’s hot flashes disappeared. And between the both of us we lost over 70 lbs without ever going to the gym. There is a lot more I can share but I don’t want to make this too long.
