How Do I Eat Healthy When There Is Nothing Healthy? You might have wondered this once or twice, especially when you’re at work all day and there is nothing but junk food for as far as the eye can see.
Today you can drive anywhere and see nothing but fast food, junk food, processed food and fake food, everywhere you go.
And sure, you can seek out the few health food stores around that sell overpriced organic food, but none of it is 100% Organic anyway. And you will see long lines in all the drive-throughs after work, because most people do not want to spend the time or spend the money on something healthier.

In other words, to get healthy and stay healthy, you must eat truly healthy every day, for at least 2 meals every day.
There are no exceptions to this rule. You can’t exercise away all the junk food, swallowing more pills definitely won’t do anything to improve your health and you can lower your stress and anxiety all you want, none of these things will ever reverse chronic illness.
