Everyone has to face their mortality sooner or later, which can be very sobering, but what if you could live decades longer, and without living inside a hospital or hooked up to any machines? This is why everyone needs to know tips on how to live longer.
Did you know within human history, there were people who lived close to a thousand years?
According to the book of Genesis, Adam lived 930 years and then also in the book of Genesis, Methuselah lived 969 years, who was the son of Enoch, the father of Lamech, and the grandfather of Noah, who lived 950 years himself.
Of course no one lives that long nowadays, because the world is way too polluted to ever support any single human life for that long, but that doesn’t mean you cannot still extend your life a few more years, and maybe even decades.
Tip #1: Stop eating out, stop eating junk food and stop eating fast food.
Tip #2: Avoid pills.
Tip #3: Start eating mostly raw and organic meals every day, at least 2.
Tip #4: Stay consistent and be persistent until this becomes your habit, your new lifestyle if you will.
Now, I realize most people will never achieve even one of these, but if you were able to achieve even just two of these, you could extend your life several years easily and possibly add a decade or more to your lifespan.
I know it’s hard to believe living longer can be this simple, well, it is, but I never said it is going to be easy.
Seriously, not eating out, not eating junk food or fast food and of course avoiding pills are all very simple things you can do, but if you are either physically or emotionally addicted to these or crave junk food constantly, then avoiding these are definitely not easy, which is why I know a way to actually make it easy or at least a lot easier for you to avoid these and most anything else that can shorten your lifespan.

I mean, if you’re going to pay more for organic food, but they contaminate it, then the least they should do is lower the prices, but of course they do not.
And this not only damages the organic fruits and vegetables, but also destroys the valuable nutrition.
You see, they do not care about your health, they just want more money and so the longer “their food” lasts on the shelf, the more money they make, whether it’s organic or not.
But it’s a catch-22, because they have to provide organic food for those who prefer to buy organic food, but organic food spoils faster and wilts faster, so they are always thinking of ways to keep the organic food lasting longer on the shelf, but at the same time not harm the organic food, which of course they always end up doing.
Obviously they cannot find the right balance, because anything you do to extend the shelf-life of organic produce only damages the organic produce.
And don’t get me started on all the ‘organic’ products sold on store shelves that aren’t anywhere close to 100% Organic, yet can claim to be certified organic, because there are at least 95% organic ingredients –you can thank the USDA for that one.
